MEMBERSHIP POLICIES

  • Use it or lose it! Member treatments must be redeemed by the member each month. Member treatments may not be shared or transferred to another patient.

  • Members are allowed to skip one treatment credit per calendar year. The treatment credit can be used towards OG product (skincare) purchases only.

  • Late cancel and no-shows for service appointments will incur a $75 charge and retain their treatment voucher.

  • All memberships have a minimum five (5) month commitment. Early cancellations will be charged 50% of remaining months.

  • After the minimum commitment is fulfilled, a cancellation request can be submitted in writing a minimum of 30-days prior to bill date.

  • Payment is taken when you sign up for membership. You are billed for your monthly rate to the card on file 30 days from your initial purchase.

  • Botox discount is applied once quarterly.

  • Members may redeem up to 5 Radiofrequency Microneedling treatments per year.

  • You can always swap for a lower-tiered service, but not a higher-tiered one.
